Her Stepbrothers are Demons by Trinity Blacio

Alex Cander had her life all planned out – mom married off, check. Police academy graduation (all done in secret) – double check. Assigned to one of the biggest cases in her county – triple check.

Yet Alex knew this smooth ride couldn’t last long.

Sure enough all hell breaks loose, literally, when her stepfather asks her to help his sons get acquainted to their surroundings. Not only were her supposed stepbrothers claiming her as theirs, but it turns out they are demons. On top of this, she learns that her own grandparents weren’t even human?

And that’s no even the half of it!

A being called Darkness has stepped forward claiming her as well. Now she is mated to three demons that not only control her every movement, but also her heart…someone pinch her please.

A sexy Feast for the eyes. A new take on a paranormal romance that had me utterly enthralled! Trinity Blacio is definitely going to be on my authors to watch out for list. A menage romance with a twist that had me on the edge of my seat. The story never takes it where you expect it to and I absolutely loved some of the twists Blacio surprised me with.

ARC Line of Fire by Helenkay Dimon

With his military career over and his ego bruised, Jason McAdams is ready to start over. As a founding partner in Greenway Range, his new life is everything he'd ever dared to dream about, but it also puts him in constant contact with the one woman he can't have: his best friend's little sister.
Molly Cain has loved Jason for as long as she can remember, and seeing him now—damaged and self-destructive—is a constant heartache. Watching him numbly work his way through woman after woman is damn near intolerable. Until one summer night changes everything.
After a rocky start, the sex is hot and naughty and all Molly knew it would be. And when he makes another pass at her, Molly doesn't say no. Or the many times after that, either. But Jason carries a secret—one that's kept him away from Molly for all these years, one that could ruin everything. He's been shot at and seen death, but letting the woman he loves find out the truth is the real worst-case scenario…

I loved this book. There isn't a lot of action and dramatic events throughout the book but there is a strong emphasis on working towards letting go of your guilt and moving on with your life. Line of Fire focuses on allowing yourself to have a second chance in life and making yourself a better person so you can be the person you want to be in a relationship and in life. There are a lot of touching subjects and just because there are no exes showing up or murder plots doesn't mean this book is boring. Here we are shown a different side to a romance book. We are shown what happens after all the drama and how two people who have always loved each other have to work through their personal demons in order for them to be together. I found this book completely refreshing and would love to read what happens next in the series.

The Air He Breathes by Brittainy C. Cherry

Here is a book I can't wait to get my hands on!

I was warned about Tristan Cole.

“Stay away from him,” people said.
“He’s cruel.”
“He’s cold.”
“He’s damaged.”

It’s easy to judge a man because of his past. To look at Tristan and see a monster.

But I couldn’t do that. I had to accept the wreckage that lived inside of him because it also lived inside of me.

We were both empty.
We were both looking for something else. Something more.
We both wanted to put together the shattered pieces of our yesterdays.

Then perhaps we could finally remember how to breathe.

The Alpha's Hunger by Renee Rose

Lying on the floor of her cubicle to stave off a migraine while working late, the last thing Ashley Bell expected was to open her eyes and find the company's notoriously hard-assed owner and CEO, Ben Stone, standing over her. The offer of a ride home is a bigger surprise, but the biggest shock of all comes when Ben asks her to work for him as his personal assistant.

Despite some misgivings about his intentions, Ashley accepts the position, but she has barely started the job when a phone call turns her life on its head. Her twin sister has been kidnapped, and the price for her life is Ashley's help in a secret plot to destroy Ben's company. But she soon discovers that Ben has a far more terrifying secret of his own.

From the moment he first crossed paths with Ashley, the beautiful young human from marketing, Ben has been consumed by her. When her life is threatened by his enemies he casts aside caution and fights with the rage of a beast defending his mate. Not sure he can trust her, yet determined to protect her, Ben kidnaps Ashley, planning to keep her under his watch for as long as necessary.

Ashley is none too happy with the situation, but a hard bare-bottom spanking changes her attitude... and leaves her begging for more. Though Ben knows a human girl is no match for the fearsome lusts of an alpha wolf, she ignites in him a hunger he can barely contain. Can he resist the urge to mark her as his own and take her harder than she can imagine?

I received a copy of The Alpha's Hunger in exchange for an honest review. I loved  this book.
Alpha's Hunger had everything you could want in a paranormal book. There was hot romance, the right amount of drama and scenes that practically smouldered on the pages.

Ashley and Ben are interesting characters with good backstories that are explained in enough detail that the book never felt rushed. Then you get the seriously hot scenes that had me blushing like a school girl and screaming at the kindle "Bite Me!" I can't wait to read more books by Renee Rose as she is now one of my top favourite paranormal writers.

If you haven't already go purchase The Alpha's Hunger now:

Just a Bit Wrong by Alessandra Hazard

Zach Hardaway is one of the best physiotherapists in Europe.
Tristan DuVal is a young soccer star with a groin injury.
They despise each other from the moment they meet.
As far as Zach is concerned, Tristan is a rich, spoiled brat who is too used to getting his own way.
As far as Tristan is concerned, Zach is a bossy, presumptuous jerk. Tristan hates Zach. He does. The problem is, he also wants to shove Zach against the nearest wall and climb him like a tree.

Warning: explicit MM content, minor D/s undertones.

I just love this series! I find it refreshing that Alessandra isn't afraid to give her characters flaws and plenty of them. The relationships these characters have, although not always healthy are utterly enthralling to read. Tristan and Zach's story had my jumping for joy one minute and throwing my kindle across the room the next. There are just so many wonderful things to say about this book and Alessandra's writing is spectacular. I can't wait for the next book and finding out what happens next.

Fractured by Alexandra Moody! Coming Soon

Fractured is now available for Pre-Order! It will be released on the 28th November 2015.

Unsaid by Avery Aster

For fans who loved the snarky wit of Will & Grace and the epic love drama found in Brokeback Mountain comes Avery Aster's new full-length, standalone contemporary erotic M/M romance novel, Unsaid.

Chelsea’s hottie Blake Morgan III has reemerged from a nasty breakup. His marriage was a frigid disaster beyond repair, and he vows to be single—forever. Bruised, but still hot in Prada, he creates his Seven Desires wish list, his sexiest imaginings. Blake soon realizes there’s only one man he may trust to make these uninhibited intentions come to fruition: his best friend Miguel Santana.

Lower East Side multimedia artist extraordinaire Miguel Santana may be known as the cocky Latin stud in the city, but all he’s wanted since college was Blake’s hand in marriage. He was livid when Blake walked down the aisle with the wrong guy. Miguel has his own list titled the Seven Needs, which are quite contrary to Blake’s dirty-boy deeds. They involve serious commitments, which may leave his new-to-the-singles-scene buddy sprinting for the door, destroying any hopes Miguel has for happiness.

Can these two hunks conquer their intimate fears and love one another as only best friends can? Join the star-studded cast in The Manhattanites series and see for yourself!

I was fortunate enough to received a copy of Unsaid by Avery Aster. I had previously read XO, Blake (The Undergrad Years #3) and I have to say Blake and Miguel's story was always the one i was looking forward to most. I was not disappointed at all! This is a beautiful story filled with some much emotional heartbreak and a real romantic development between our two heroes. Blake is so damaged going into this book after the breakdown of his marriage and it is so amazing to see him grow and take his time learning to trust again. Miguel is equally as perfect as he loves Blake enough to give him the time and support he needs as well as going through his own emotional hang ups. Aster is a wonderful writer who manages to get the reader fully invested  within the pages of her books.

I recommend this book to everyone as it is a series that connects to so many different people regardless of age, gender or sexual orientation and i applaud her for bringing up difficult subjects so beautifully.

Alpha Unleashed by Aileen Erin

Tessa McCaide has had it up to here with supernaturals. Luciana may have failed to steal Tessa’s magic, but she’s just getting started on her crusade for magical domination. If her demonic summoning isn’t stopped, it could mean the end of everything.

Tessa’s allies, including her mate Dastien, are ready to fight, but they’re no match for Luciana’s power. A little help (and ancient Inca mojo) from Tessa’s cousin, Claudia, may give the side of good a chance if she can make it home in time, but stopping the war is no longer an option.

When witches and wolves fight, no one wins. Only time will tell who will still be standing after the last spell is cast.

I received an copy of Alpha Unleashed in exchanged for an honest review and what a fantastic end to an amazing series! The Alpha Girl series has absolutely everything you could want in a book. There is action, romance, magic and an entire army of amazing characters. The journey Tessa and Dastien have been on is truly astonishing as they have been a completely solid couple despite the trials they have faced. This final book in the current story arc is just full of excitement and had me glued to my Kindle until the early hours of the morning.

Tessa is such a fantastic, strong heroine who displays so much bravery and loyalty its a complete pleasure to read. Aileen Erin is a wonderful author who has managed to capture every characters idiosyncrasies with ease with not a single boring moment in the series.

I have loved these books since Becoming Alpha the first in the series. If you haven't read the previous books I sincerely hope you do so now, and if you have then you must purchase Alpha Unleashed:

ARC Letters to Love by Soraya Lane

When her sister Lila and brother-in-law Gray are killed in a tragic accident, Bella is named as guardian to her two young nephews. Then she discovers that she’s expected to co-parent with Gray’s best friend, and grief turns to shock. Noah has always driven her crazy, and Bella’s sure the arrogant, handsome Navy SEAL is the last person she wants to share a life with.
Just as it seems they’ll never see eye to eye, letters from Lila start to arrive—letters she wrote in case they ever ended up in this situation. And so the reluctant couple follows her instructions, spending ever more time together as part of their unexpected, unconventional family.
Forced into an impossible situation, will these letters from the past bring them together? Life as We Know It meets P.S. I Love You in this heartwarming story of loss, grief, family and love.

This was a truly fantastic book and I loved everything about it, All the scenes and characters felt completely real and the slow development of feelings between the characters was
completely captivating to read. There was no unnecessary drama in the book yet there was so much heartbreak and a really mature and adult way of handling complex and emotionally draining situations. The writing was amazing and i think Soraya Lane has outdone herself
with this as it is definitely one of my favourite books of the year and i can't wait to read more of her material.

Letters to Love is available for Pre-Order now and to purchase on 27th October 2015:

ARC Stay With Me by Jenny Anastan

Zoe thought she could accept the terms of their affair: exceptionally hot, no-strings-attached sex. But when Andrew coldly informs her of his impending move to New York—and unknowingly turns her world upside down—Zoe tries to forget her unspoken wishes for something more and attempts to move on with her life.Just as she seems to have found a bit of stability and serenity, Andrew unexpectedly reappears—as the fiancé of Zoe’s vapid, cruel cousin, Ashley. And if he uncovers the truth, Zoe will be forced to face the consequences of their past and risk opening herself up to an uncertain future.

Loved this book. It was romantic and heartbreaking at the same time.
The story moved at a quick pace and kept me completely enthralled in the
book. My only criticism would be that i wished there were more scenes
towards the end where we could see our main characters as a couple for
longer and i would have loved to have seen ashley's reaction in NY. However,
This story is written beautifully and i was fully invested in the characters
 and their romantic development.

Stay with me is available for pre-order now and will available for purchase 20th October 2015

ARC Until Jax by Aurora Rose Reynolds

Ellie Anthony isn’t looking for love. She isn’t even looking for a man, but when Jax Mayson insists on keeping her and her daughter safe, she’s left with no choice but to trust him. Now she just hopes she doesn’t get hurt when she falls hard for a guy who’s known for breaking hearts.

Jax Mayson knows that Ellie is his BOOM the moment he sees her. When he finds out she has a daughter, he realizes he wants a family, and he will do whatever is necessary to keep both of his girls safe, even if that means facing the demons from his past.

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of Until Jax by Aurora Rose Reynolds. The Mason boys strike again and as usual their books are amazing! Reynolds writing is truly inspiring and absolutely captivating. In this book we follow the playboy son of Cash and Lily,  our very own Jax Mason. If you read Until July, and I certainly hope you did, you would have seen Jax meet his Boom Ellie. Not only does Jax get Ellie in this book but he also gets a little bit of Hope and a whole load of chocolate pancakes. I can't even put into words how much I loved this book. Jax and Ellie's story is so romantic and evolves so beautifully and seamlessly that its impossible not to care deeply for the characters in this book.

There are plenty of references to Reynolds other books in the  Until series, and it was fantastic to hear what happened to are original favourite Mason bothers between the time jump of when they met their booms, to now that their children are adults falling in love. There are also some sneak peaks into June and Sages romantic lives and it looks like their stories are going to carry on the tradition of being fantastic reads.

Until Jax will be available for purchase on the 29th September 2015 but is available for pre-order now:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Until-Jax-Aurora-Rose-Reynolds-ebook/dp/B015EPMZ0I/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1442770388&sr=8-1&keywords=until+jax

I completely and wholeheartedly recommend this book and all others written by Aurora Rose Reynolds.

ARC Angel Dares by Joss Stirling

Angel is impulsive. Disguising her savant ability to control water doesn't come easily to her. Then she meets the broodingly handsome Marcus at a music festival where they're both performing, and finds herself all at sea. For when he sings, her soul answers with its own music. Like the tide, their mutual attraction cannot be held back, but Marcus's mistrust of Angel's gift is even stronger. How can they ever be together if Marcus is unable to accept who Angel is or what they could mean to each other? And with the net closing in on the Savant community it's time for everyone to choose a side.

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of Angel Dares by Joss Stirling and i'm delighted to say her books just keep getting better. Angel Dares is an amazing continuation in the Benedict series. It's full of romance, fun, action and with that subtle paranormal hint that Stirling has perfected. Angel is such a strong heroine with a lively personality that makes her stand out from the previous heroines in the series. We also get to see more of our favourite savant brothers as they continue to search for their soulfinders, and we are introduced to Angel's soul finder the rockstar Marcus.

Marcus and Angel have their fair share of obstacles to overcome in order to be together, but it's utterly enthralling to read the development of their relationship and how they grow up  and reflect on their actions throughout the book. Once you finish reading you will feel like you have been on a complete journey with each of the characters as they are written so wonderfully and have their own individual personalities that shine on the page.

I can't recommend this book enough to everyone as this story is absolutely captivating. If you haven't read the other books in this series, i would suggest you go purchase Finding Sky right now and start this amazing journey as I'm positive you won't be disappointed.

This title will be released on October 1, 2015.
Pre-order now.

Just opened my mail to find the ARC for Angel Dares by Joss Stirling my day just got infinitely better! xx

ARC Wrong Number, Right Guy by Elle Casey

When a mysterious text message summons May Wexler to a biker bar in downtown New Orleans, she knows something is very wrong. Her sister has sent out an SOS, but when May gets there, she’s nowhere to be found and May is the one in trouble—she’s wearing pink espadrilles, she’s got a Chihuahua in her purse, and she’s in the middle of a shootout.

After tall, muscular Ozzie comes to her rescue, May has no choice but to follow him to safety. At the headquarters of his private security firm, the Bourbon Street Boys, she finds a refuge for the night—and the offer of a job. But it’s not long before a gun-toting stalker isn’t the only complication in May’s life: the more time she spends with Ozzie, the less she can deny that they’ve got some serious chemistry. A wrong number got her into this mess…Will it also get her the right guy?

I received an ARC copy of Wrong Number, Right Guy by Elle Casey and let me tell you the Bourbon Street Boys are definitely going to be on my Christmas list this year! Casey gives you everything from action to romance in this series and also manages to throw in a little puppy love and beard jokes to keep the reader enthralled. All of Casey's characters have their own sparkling personalities and I can't wait to find out the rest of the teams back stories.

This first book revolves around May the sweet little Bo Peep and Ozzie the big old grizzly bear. When possibly the worst ever case of answering a wrong number happens, May is literally thrown into Ozzie's world. Ozzie runs a security service and with a little push from the rest of the team, May is invited to join. What happens next is completely full of action packed drama and hilarious moments that made me nearly growl out loud when i finished and realised i'm going to have to wait for the next instalment.

Ozzie is a dream Alpha male hero especially in the second half of the book where the pages nearly combust from the sexual tension between him and May. I absolutely loved the build up between them throughout and May is one badass heroine. I would definitely suggest this book to anyone in need of a good sweep you off your feet and throw you in a furnace romance.

' " Why are you laughing?  You know I speak the truth."
    "I know you speak nonsense."
"Name one thing that wasn't accurate."
    "I hate beards."
He Jumps up off the floor, and before I know what he's planning, I've been swept into his arms.
" What are you doing?!" I yell. I sound way too happy for him to mistake my reaction for anger.
"I'm bringing you to bed to give you a spanking."'

This book will be available from 22nd September 2015

ARC Wolf from the Past (Salvation Pack) by N.J. Walters

Playing dead is easy. Living is hard.

Sylvie LaForge Dubois knew coming back from the dead wouldn’t be easy, but facing her brother and his friends is harder than she imagined. The way Gator Rollins watches her every move makes her decidedly uneasy and excited.

After surviving a forced mating to the abusive Andre Dubois, having a rugged, dangerous werewolf like Gator sniffing around her is scary and thrilling at the same time. She never imagined she’d want another man, but her bone-deep attraction to Gator is too strong to fight.

Gator never got a chance to tell Sylvie he loved her before she was mated with another and, well, died. Now that she’s back, there’s nothing he won’t do to protect her.

Once word gets out, Sylvie’s former pack will be coming for her. No one leaves the Louisiana pack, especially not a female werewolf. But Gator’s determined that this time he won’t let anyone or anything get between him and Sylvie, even if she can’t decide if his touch makes her want to jump his bones…or run for the hills.

Warning: If you believe in second chances, this story will rock your soul, make you swoon, and bring tears to your eyes. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

I was lucky enough to get an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review of Wolf from the past, the latest book in the Salvation pack series.

What can I say about this book except that N.J. Walters has done it again! Gator and Sylvie's  story is stunning. It's a beautiful story that had me hooked from beginning to end. Walters has a fantastic way of making each character individual and you never feel like she is repeating the same thing in her books. Sylvie is such a damaged character at the beginning of this story and Gator's strength and patience had me falling in love with both of them.  Gator is such an Alpha Male that there were plenty of moments in this book i had to stop and reach for a glass of water and a fan.

"Come back." he whispered against her ear. She shivers as his hot breath skimmer over the outer shell. "Wherever you've gone, come back to me."

There has been a running storyline throughout all of this series involving the danger of the boys old pack and that progresses wonderfully throughout.  There is lots of drama, action and plenty of hilarious moments that kept the book moving at a fast pace and i didn't want this book to end at all! It looks like there is going to be some major explosions happening in Wolf on the Hunt and i'm so excited to see what happens to these amazing characters next.

This book definitely deserves 5 stars as I couldn't put it down from the second i received it.
