Evan By Lisa Helen Gray

Evan Smith has had his life planned out since the age of twelve. He knew what he wanted and knew how to get it.

It’s only when his sister is kidnapped that he realises that the life he has isn’t the one he really wants.

He wants more.

Evan starts laying down roots and everything seems to be going well until a hot, tiny brunette with round brown eyes turns up at his doorstep.
Not only does her beauty knock Evan off his feet, but what she comes to tell him alters his whole life.

Kennedy may have given him news that shook him, but she also gave him the very thing he had wished for.

But when someone threatens to break up the life he's always wanted, how will he handle it? Will he be able to keep them safe or will he be too late?

I received a copy of Evan by Lisa Helen Gray in exchange for an honest review.
I adored this book. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about Evan after how he behaved in Mason. However, Evan is 100% Alpha male. I was completely won over by his charm and how he really stepped up and became a man in this book. I don't think anyone could actually compare to a Carter Brother but Evan sure does give them a good run for their money.
I stayed up all night reading this book as I just couldn't rest until I found out how Kennedy and Evan's story resolved.
The writing is beautiful as usual by Lisa Helen Gray with the perfect combination of Romance and Action. I also loved the little cameos by the Carter brothers along with some other much loved characters from previous books. (In other words I really love any seen with Nan in it)
Max is up next in this amazing series and I just can't wait to see what happens and how this bad boy will fall like his brothers have.

Myles (Carter Brothers #3) by Lisa Helen Gray

I’m Kayla Martin...
I was once sweet and innocent, saw the world bright with colour, but now all I see is black and white. He not only ripped my innocence away from me, tortured me and made my life a living hell, but he stole the very soul that made me who I am.
I’m a shell of the girl I once knew.
But it’s all about to change.
I’m ready to face my fear. And that’s going right back to the very place all this started. Grayson High. I’ve had to stay back a year to re-take my exams, back to the halls where students whispered, bullied, and taunted me.
It’s been four years and I’m still trying to perfect the art of faking. It’s easy most of the time. My parents never really cared about me; they just saw the fake smile and assumed everything was fabulous, until he waltzes back into my life.
Myles freaking Carter. My childhood crush. And he sees straight past my fake smiles to the broken girl inside. But what happens when he finds out about the real me...the broken, scared, weak girl?
My biggest fear is on the verge of becoming discovered because he becomes my rock. I'm petrified that he'll find out what I've been hiding from everyone. Will he be able to look me in the eye once he finds out my secret?

I received a copy of Myles by Lisa Helen Gray in exchange for an honest review.
I completely adore this book and all of Lisa Helens Gray's writing. If you are a fan of L.A. Casey and Aurora Rose Reynolds then you will simply love This wonderful series.
This book was so emotional that you can physically feel the pain and heartbreak Kayla has been through. Her story is shattering to the reader but the beauty and grace with which Kayla handles everything is breathtaking. Myles is the sweetest hero of a book i have ever read. He is the most perfect combination of sexy and smart that i suggest placing a bucket next to your kindle in order to catch the drool you will undoubtedly produce when reading about Myles.

Kayla and Myles both grow so much throughout this book and you can practically see them become adults. Their relationship also develops and there were some scenes between them where i wanted to bawl like a baby because they are so beautiful together.
I can never find it within myself to fault a Lisa Helen Gray book. However, I do hate that I have to wait to read Max because the bad boy of the Carter brothers looks like he's going to have his work cut out for him in the next book.

I strongly recommend this enchanting and enticing book that will give you a rollercoaster of emotions and leave you begging for more.
