The Alpha's Hunger by Renee Rose

Lying on the floor of her cubicle to stave off a migraine while working late, the last thing Ashley Bell expected was to open her eyes and find the company's notoriously hard-assed owner and CEO, Ben Stone, standing over her. The offer of a ride home is a bigger surprise, but the biggest shock of all comes when Ben asks her to work for him as his personal assistant.

Despite some misgivings about his intentions, Ashley accepts the position, but she has barely started the job when a phone call turns her life on its head. Her twin sister has been kidnapped, and the price for her life is Ashley's help in a secret plot to destroy Ben's company. But she soon discovers that Ben has a far more terrifying secret of his own.

From the moment he first crossed paths with Ashley, the beautiful young human from marketing, Ben has been consumed by her. When her life is threatened by his enemies he casts aside caution and fights with the rage of a beast defending his mate. Not sure he can trust her, yet determined to protect her, Ben kidnaps Ashley, planning to keep her under his watch for as long as necessary.

Ashley is none too happy with the situation, but a hard bare-bottom spanking changes her attitude... and leaves her begging for more. Though Ben knows a human girl is no match for the fearsome lusts of an alpha wolf, she ignites in him a hunger he can barely contain. Can he resist the urge to mark her as his own and take her harder than she can imagine?

I received a copy of The Alpha's Hunger in exchange for an honest review. I loved  this book.
Alpha's Hunger had everything you could want in a paranormal book. There was hot romance, the right amount of drama and scenes that practically smouldered on the pages.

Ashley and Ben are interesting characters with good backstories that are explained in enough detail that the book never felt rushed. Then you get the seriously hot scenes that had me blushing like a school girl and screaming at the kindle "Bite Me!" I can't wait to read more books by Renee Rose as she is now one of my top favourite paranormal writers.

If you haven't already go purchase The Alpha's Hunger now:

ARC Wolf from the Past (Salvation Pack) by N.J. Walters

Playing dead is easy. Living is hard.

Sylvie LaForge Dubois knew coming back from the dead wouldn’t be easy, but facing her brother and his friends is harder than she imagined. The way Gator Rollins watches her every move makes her decidedly uneasy and excited.

After surviving a forced mating to the abusive Andre Dubois, having a rugged, dangerous werewolf like Gator sniffing around her is scary and thrilling at the same time. She never imagined she’d want another man, but her bone-deep attraction to Gator is too strong to fight.

Gator never got a chance to tell Sylvie he loved her before she was mated with another and, well, died. Now that she’s back, there’s nothing he won’t do to protect her.

Once word gets out, Sylvie’s former pack will be coming for her. No one leaves the Louisiana pack, especially not a female werewolf. But Gator’s determined that this time he won’t let anyone or anything get between him and Sylvie, even if she can’t decide if his touch makes her want to jump his bones…or run for the hills.

Warning: If you believe in second chances, this story will rock your soul, make you swoon, and bring tears to your eyes. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

I was lucky enough to get an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review of Wolf from the past, the latest book in the Salvation pack series.

What can I say about this book except that N.J. Walters has done it again! Gator and Sylvie's  story is stunning. It's a beautiful story that had me hooked from beginning to end. Walters has a fantastic way of making each character individual and you never feel like she is repeating the same thing in her books. Sylvie is such a damaged character at the beginning of this story and Gator's strength and patience had me falling in love with both of them.  Gator is such an Alpha Male that there were plenty of moments in this book i had to stop and reach for a glass of water and a fan.

"Come back." he whispered against her ear. She shivers as his hot breath skimmer over the outer shell. "Wherever you've gone, come back to me."

There has been a running storyline throughout all of this series involving the danger of the boys old pack and that progresses wonderfully throughout.  There is lots of drama, action and plenty of hilarious moments that kept the book moving at a fast pace and i didn't want this book to end at all! It looks like there is going to be some major explosions happening in Wolf on the Hunt and i'm so excited to see what happens to these amazing characters next.

This book definitely deserves 5 stars as I couldn't put it down from the second i received it.
