This is a masterpiece. Tillie Cole is on top form as she brings to us a story so heartbreaking I'm still crying because of this book hours after finishing it.
Poppy is the type of person every girl should aspire to be. She is beautiful, loving, kind and so full of life that you cannot help but completely fall for this enchanting soul. She has to go through so much at such a young age but she does it with the perfect amount of strength and grace.
Rune, dear sweet Rune has a magnificent journey and when his heart bursts yours will burst right along with him. He is so tormented and angry, yet at the centre of his world is the girl he promised his heart and his kisses to.
This book is the very definition of bitter sweet and I can honestly call A Thousand Boy Kisses my favourite Young Adult book of all time. I sincerely recommend this book and the biggest box of tissues you can find whilst reading.
