A Love So Tragic by Stevie J. Cole

Promises.
We all make them. Sometimes we break them. But what happens when the promise you break haunts your dreams, when that moment of betrayal echoes within every last beat of your heart?

Love.
Love is passionate, painful, and all consuming in the most brutal yet beautiful way. How many people have you said 'I love you' to? Five, ten, maybe no one? I've said that word to two men, but only one where I felt it.

Tragic.
This word sums up my relationship with Nicolas: devastating, painful, depressing.
A first love that should have lasted a lifetime, but I ruined with a stupid decision. Nicolas is my star crossed lover, and even though Shakespeare has taught me that stories such as ours always end in tragedy, I can't not love him, even if I'm married to someone else.

I received a copy of A Love So Tragic by Stevie J. Cole  in exchange for an honest review.

This book will make you ugly cry like no other. It's so heartbreaking to read about how stupid mistakes you made when you were so young can alter your life forever.
Peyton is not an easy heroine to read as some of her choices especially earlier on are a hard pill to swallow. She has a hell of a lot of growing up to do in this book but thankfully she does do it. she lives with guilt and sadness and eventually learns how to make her past sins right.

You can not help but love Nic and his pain is so palpable that you feel it right along with him. Nic also had a journey he needed to take and he did so beautifully as he learnt to fight for love and what he wants.

This story will break your hear but it is completely worth the sadness to come out the other side of tragedy.
